Noticing the disturbing correlation of moms who have foot pain, and the effect it had on the whole family, I knew I had to focus in and help.  After helping thousands of people in my sports medicine clinic, and overcoming severe foot pain myself, I put together the method that got the biggest impact with the least amount of effort.  I know if I help a mom get active again, and help her feel good about herself, it has a massive impact.  

That mom will now be a great example for her kids.  
In turn, her kids will grow up being happier people and 
the cycle continues to grow.

“I feel your pain” 
The path to high performance doesn’t come without the bumps in the roads.  I’ve had 14 broken bones and torn ligaments, my foot chopped up in a lawnmower, nerve traction injuries, debilitating sciatic pain, and even a period in my life I would describe as an over stressed dark time where I experienced severe depression, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues, joint pain, swelling, stress fractures, and even had 3 teeth crack in half and have to be removed.  All of these amazing experiences have taught me about the journey of health more than the 3 decades of “learning” about health.
My obsession with health and performance started out of a love for football in 4th grade.  I was a 5 sport athlete growing up, and played competitive football and rugby until I was 27.  I would skip high school classes to read in the library about latest supplementation craze and strength and conditioning tactics.  College allowed me to get my geek on with a double major in biochemistry and molecular biology and did research in biomechanics and energetics.  From there I went to get my Doctor of Chiropractic along with my Masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, and completed 600 hours of training around Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning.
In my 10 years of owning a sports medicine clinic, I treated 4700 patients, was the medical director of 12 sports teams and provided athletic training services for most of them, was the onsite medical provider for more than 100 endurance races, was a contracted provider for a hospital system, and of course the list goes on!
I feel like I’m just getting started in my journey and i now have the experience to match all the knowledge.  Through personal experience I really understand we live in an information overload age, and we need more relevance and wisdom.

Rule #1: Get Out Of Pain ASAP

Immediate relief is needed,  and it has to fit into your busy schedule. Small steps will have huge impacts.

Rule #2: Find The Mom Balance

Find the balance of self care and family care without letting anyone down or feeling guilty about taking time to yourself

Rule #3: Stay Active Stay Sane

You need to stay active in order to stay happy… but also for everyone else too!
